FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING for orders over $100 within Australia, via Australia Post Express service for next business day delivery on orders processed before 2pm. For orders below $100 shipping will be charged using the Australia Post pricing structure.

Shipping fees include handling and packing as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight, size of the shipment and if outside of Australia, and are calculated at point of checkout.

By confirming your order for shipment outside Australia, you agree that: if any package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, because you refuse the package, or for any other reason other than solely because of our error, you will be responsible for our shipping cost for the return and reshipment of the package. If the cost to return the package to us exceeds the cost of the goods ordered, or if you have ordered products that we are informed cannot be imported into the country of intended delivery, we may instruct the shipping company to abandon the package, but even if we do so, you will remain responsible for payment. We cannot accept responsibly for non delivery of an order within any country where a third party shipping service removes the order from our own shipping service and then fails to deliver or return the package to us, you will remain responsible for payment.

If your package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, less the shipping costs. If it is not returned to us, we cannot issue you a refund. Most orders are held by Customs for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. Please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.
